I'M KATIE - BAKING BECAUSE IT FEELS GOOD
A self-taught baker creating original recipes and sweet treats, all homemade from scratch. In 2024 I turned my late night cravings and family kitchen into a full blown business, using my free time to prefect my own recipes to achieve fluffy doughs, melty cheesecakes, and the best homestyle frostings.
What started as mostly cupcakes and cheesecakes (and personal favourites like lemon curd cheesecake, maple syrup cinnamon rolls, and banana rum cake), has now expanded to elevated designs and flavours specialized for events or just a rich treat for a cozy craving and cloudy mind.
